Fasting Guide
At Manna, we encourage fasting for 21 days each year in the month of January. This is part of our 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting, a season of focused prayer as a church family. Sowing Sessions
Be part of the challenge to complete 100 "Sowing Sessions" as a Church body during the duration of 21 Days of Prayer & Fasting. A Sowing Session is where 2+ people get together to pray for 5 mins or more. Once the prayer session is complete we ask that you text the word, 'Sowfirst' to 97000 so we can track & tally towards our goal. Our goal is to continue to encourage prayer throughout the community through Small Groups. Who will you be praying with?
Sowing Sessions FAQs
1. How can I register a Sowing Session?
Simple text the words "Sowfirst" to 97000. Once that is done you will receive a text back requested the number of people you met with and the duration of your prayer time.
2. Do we have to meet in-person for the session to count?
No. You can meet in-person or virtually with your prayer partners.
3. Does it count if I pray with my Spouse?
The goal of this challenge is to pray in a NEW way. If you normally pray with your spouse we challenge you to go connect with another prayer partner. If you have not prayed together before, then YES that session counts.
